The clubhouse is available to rent for wedding receptions, pool parties and reunions.

The charge to rent the clubhouse is $150 per hour with a $175 cleanup fee. There is a bartending fee of $10 per hour per bartender. Catered food prices vary depending on your menu. If you are catering from an outside source, there is a $300 fee for this. Linens are $7 per table and napkins are $.75 per.

A deposit of $250 will be due when the event is officially booked and will be applied to the final bill. All cancellations need to be done 30 days prior to the event date. After the 30 day deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.
